How-To: Your M2 and you (newbies pls read kthx)

If you ask a question and it's been covered in one of these well-written guides, you might get rudely dismissed by a very frazzled Jules. You probably won't, but might.

Initial (important):
New machine beginner's guide
Old machine beginner's guide

Getting started

Extruder flowrate calibration
Extruder tension adjustment
The perfect first layer
Leveling an old machine

Helpful tips:
Pausing at a specific layer
Splicing filament as you print

Filament:
Filaments known to work on the M2
Dialing in pesky black PETG
Custom 3D printing for you or your business -- quote [at] pingring.org

Well, like I said it's been working and then all of a sudden did not. I received it on Wednesday last week. I looked through manuals and did some research online. I figured the next best thing was to ask people directly. I'm sure I COULD find the answer but then it becomes a question of which is the most efficient route? Search through countless pages of manuals looking for something that I don't even know I'm looking for or ask the kind people of MakerGear Forum. Hopefully I have not frazzled anyone :D
