If you're really careful, you can peel back the tape and sneak it out at night while everyone is asleep. Just make sure you don't print anything that takes 8 hours+

This sounds like me when I was a kid.

My mom hide the Xmas gifts in her closet and I happened to find them. One of my gifts was a Texas Instruments TI-99/4a computer. I was so excited, I couldn't wait for Christmas, so I opened it up and I would play with it while my mom was at work. I even took it completely apart, down tp the circuit board and put all back together again and I was never caught, not bad for a 11 year old, lol.

It was one of my favorite Xmas gifts, ever.

Haha i think all kids do that at some point. I got a set of trains, set them all up, played with them for the day then put them all back and rewrapped the box. I was prob 10.

Or getting that Nintendo game, and carefully with a razor blade cutting the cellophane taking the game out, and replacing it with another game that you wouldn't miss....lol...
