When I look for the SD card files I can't find the drive. I can insert the card into a card reader on my computer, so I know the files are there. I insert the card into the SD reader on the M2 and I can't see the drive show up. When I try to open G-code files in s3d there is no drive. I see the red light inside the reader. What is my next step?
When I click SD card status I get SD card not printing.

I usually have to shut the printer off, put the SD card in, then turn the printer on. I think the firmware isn't smart enough to do a "hot swap" of the SD card. Read through the communications when you do "connect" after powering up, and make sure it says "SD card OK". Then you should be good to go.
