I found my bed was always high in the middle and it turns out it was a bent X axis frame, low in the middle by 0.1mm.

I bought round shims from McMaster Carr and put them under the rail which fixed the issue.

Tolerances on glass aren't that tight. I have 3 glass plates all purchased around the same time. One of them needs a small Z-offset. Some variation is to be expected.

Thanks. Rechecked the glass and it's also much less than flat. Somehow had it "tuned" with old the M2. Ordering another plate.

Bought a new plate from Makergear. Works great.
