Anyone have an Ultra One yet?

Just got mine a few days ago. Curious about messing with acceleration and jerk. I'm having very slow print times...a 10.5hr print according to the gcode is going to finish around 24 hours which is a crazy difference. Stock settings were much slower than that, I've matched my Prusa MK3 speeds with a .5mm nozzle but my prints are still about twice the print time, and I think acceleration/jerk are the culprit. Print quality is good at 100mm/s and 40mm/s perimeters and this thing is rigid as hell, so there should still be more room to go.

I set up my Ultra One last week and am still doing prints with the default profiles in S3D. I'm tweaking quality right now so see how far I can go. As far as speed, it does seem to be slow but I would need to run a side by side with my M2 to see for sure.

Let me know how to report back with values and I'll do so.

Have been trying PETG so far before getting to nylon which is what we print almost exclusively. Have a garolite bed we milled waiting.

No good results so far in a few hundred hours of test prints trying different settings. For PETG we pretty much up temps from PLA and that gets dang close for every single printer except this U1.

Putting PLA in currently to try and get a successful print, which really pains me lol. We make end use parts and PLA is of no use for me.

We've talked a time or ten. No suggestions for me yet.

I'm not sure why the stock profile prints on a raft. Only heard of using one on machines that have issues with leveling. Going to print PLA today before going back to PETG. All I ever do is raise up temps for PETG typically, but that is really not working on the U1.

Alrighty, for anyone with an Ultra One here are my PETG settings. Still not perfect, and still far slower than I'd like but it's making pretty good parts.

What's odd is these settings ended up close to where I started, except now the parts look decent rather than a slopfest. Who knows!

Anyone else trying to speed things up? Haven't had much luck here, my prints are about 2x as long as expected for a given part, and almost exactly 2x the length of the estimated build time on Simplify, sometimes 3x that of the estimate on the machine's LCD.

Hey Tyler, is this compared to the M2 for the same part with the same speed settings?
What are the M205 settings of the Ultra?
