Ok all this talk about Aquanet I had to try it. My wife bought me the aerosol not the one I wanted but it is working.
I am printing 110C 3 layers 90C the rest. Skirt not touching 3 layers (it is not a large item). I have printed to things tonight it is working well.
I have adjusted this all based on the very useful input in this post.
