Bed Leveling Cheat Sheet!

I use this sometimes and I could be way off here but I don't think the Loosen Scew = Lift Bed and vice verse part applies to all of the screws though.
I thought when I tried to follow this the rear screw would lower say the right side front of the bed when tightened but then if you were leveling the front left corner with the front screw as shown it was backwards. (tighten to lift) Again I could be off in my thinking I'm going from memory here as I'm not in front of a printer.

Yeah, I suppose it does depend on which corner you are moving. For that matter, you could claim different screws move different corners.
But 60%of the time, it works every time.

I use the "cross" and it works well for me. Front middle, back middle, then middle left and middle right. Works right for me everytime.
