jin, where did you end up with this? did you get the infill thing straightened out? i found 200% to be too much on the infill and dropped it back down to 140. i have also found that too small an extrusion width, too high a temp causes the breaking of the infill.

My PETG nozzle temp is 245C, bed temp is 65C, layer height is .21mm w/80% infill, and I run triangle infill, but the major thing that eliminates stringing/blobbing and gets great adhesion with PETG for me is SLOWING things down a bit. FAN SPEED SLOWED to 0 for the initial layer, then 45% speed for the rest. PRINT SPEED set to 45mm/sec. Wall speed will be half that at 22.5 mm/sec. Material density pulled from the Technical Data Sheet is 1.27g/cm3. RETRACTION DISTANCE is set between 2 and 5mm max, and RETRACTI"ON SPEED slowed down to 40mm/sec. I have proven these settings work with MATTERHACKERS Pro Series PETG.
