jsc - yes, I always select all and continuous (I've never tried the sequential).

In this example, all 4 parts print. The part that was defined by the first process comes out as you would expect, say with walls that are around 0.44 mm thick. The others come out with much thicker walls, some over 1 mm. The only difference between them is in the unique process that was defined the EM was bumped up 4%.

If I create separate files and print the parts one at a time with the exact same process settings, they print fine.

I've actually run into this before with other calibration parts, but never really sorted out what I was looking at.

It would be interesting to look at the gcode and see the difference in the extrusion
