Do everyones ninjaflex prints end up looking like this?

My extrusion seems to be very inconsistent. Is this how everyones prints look or am I missing something?

btw Bed is perfectly level, layer height has been calibrated @ 0.2mm, temp is 250, bed is 50, spool is above the printer so there is no guide tube traction, print speed is 15mm/sec

Yeah, the pics are huge, but I wanted to show the surface condition of this print. the mat that the print is on is an square inch per square, so you have an idea of its actual size

your drive gear can be slipping on the filament. the stuff is very hard to grip on to. make sure you have the tension very high.

i had essentially no tension because i recalled someone instructing me to do so with the esun flexible stuff. do you use your cooling fan for ninjaflex?

yes i use the fan and print at 255-260. it gets a little thinner the hotter it gets so easier to squeeze it out the nozzle. the esun flex is completely different animal. that is a flexible plastic and you can squish it into an oval and it will stay that way and jam. ninjaflex is rubber. you need to tighten that tension bolt all the way. its springs right back to round.
