Thank you, very helpful info!
And I appreciated those settings screenshots too. I've been printing PLA for quite some time but it's nice to verify that I'm doing some of the same things as others.

So...
What if your clog/jam/solidassplasticchunk isn't in the nozzle end? What if it's solid way up into the heater block? Like, jammed above the heater block? I can't torch it right? 'Cause of the plastic liner that in it. V4, single extruder.
What do I do?

How the hell?
Fortunately nothing up there is fragile. Remove the V4 from the holder, remove the nozzle, heat the heater up to 180C, poke the blockage through the enormous hole with a small allen wrench, feed cleaner filament through.

Did that! I cannot push anything through. Oh yeah, it's PETG causing the issue.

Bake the whole hotend at 250F in the oven for 40 minutes, remove it with pliers, try again? The PTFE will survive that. Remember, no nozzle. Remove the heater core and thermistor before doing this.

That worked pretty well. Thanks insta.
One thing though, two-fifty was way too low. I went with three-eighty.
