Should get the full 200 with the V4 single. I took off my V4 dual and mounted the single, and I had to adjust the Z screw to bring the bed up about 8 mm higher at home. The model clears the bottom of the screws holding the X rail by about 2 mm.

You guys are correct... For some reason I used 2.25 as the conversion for inches instead of 2.54. In my defense why the hell is this country still using inches... Sigh I miss my metric system (originally an aussie)

uhhhh somehow i just cant get off of inches. old habits die hard i guess. give me metric wrenches to tear down a car or engine and im fine with that but modeling in metric screws me all up.

I use and think in Imperial units for everything, except 3D modeling. Fractional inches are a crazy thing, and mils are too fine a unit. Decimal millimeters are super easy. 0.4 mm extrusion for everything, so every thin wall is an integer multiple of that. 0.1, 0.2 or 0.3 mm for clearances (crazy tight, just right, a little loose). It is super obvious what the outer diameter of a metric screw is, otherwise use
this handy table. For larger dimensions, 25mm is more or less an inch, so pretty easy to deal with. Max dimensions are 200x250x200.

You can tell a lot about an M2 user by the hair spray he/she uses... How do you like the Suave? I know jimc is a fan of Garnier Fructis #5. I need to finish off my can of Aqua Net extra super hold #3 first.
It would be fun to set up a camera in the hair care aisle at a grocery in Silicon Valley and see how many 3D print nerds buy some. I wonder if Fry's Electronics sells hair spray in the 3D printing aisle...

I tried Suave Extreme Hold in a pump, #8. They had #10s, but they came in an aerosol can, and I wanted to try to stay away from that. I am not impressed. Very limited adhesion. Aqua Net on the other hand works quite well, but I have to dismount the bed, give it a coat, wait to dry, repeat... And then you don't want to repeat that process every print, so it turns into a gamble of will it hold or not.
