I printed this out today just out of curiosity:

Got the following measurements on a Mitutoyo CD-8"PSX Micrometer

X axis - 0.9990" x 0.2495" x 0.2485"
Y axis - 0.9930" x 0.2495" x 0.2470"
Z axis - 1.001" x 0.2485" x 0.2475"

I'm guessing that's pretty darn close, but curious what settings would I have to adjust if these were to ever be off?

Typically you would find that all dimensions are over-sized or under-sized due to too much or too little plastic being extruded, and the adjustment would be made to the "extruder multiplier". Given the accuracy of the stepper motors, and all the sturdy machined parts that make up the M2, to have one dimension not doing the same thing as the others would be an unlikely thing unless you've been going around hand-editing your firmware source code. There are relative scaling factors in the firmware for that, though.
