Forgot to post my 'thanks' a few weeks ago, but this was my first ABS print -- figured it'd flex better than PLA. It's a truly impressive spring. :)

Haven't taped mine down yet, though -- thinking about using velcro tape, in case I need to remove it for a really tall print, but haven't procured any yet. About 95% of the time, not being attached works just fine, and my bed doesn't normally drop anyway. Though for that ca. 1% case where the spring isn't in place AND the bed drops, assuming I'm within earshot when the print ends, it lets me know it's one of the rare exceptions.

Thanks Vprints,

To be honest, I've never attached mine as the machine is very stable and the spring has not moved.
