But that would be so effing awesome sitting right over my machine! :D

That green is beautiful, I can see I'll have to spring for a roll when it becomes available for the peons. (Assuming I can learn how to print PETG before then. ROFL!)

Man, that would be a great prop to have for a class in PLC programming. Of course, I'd have to have left turn arrows, right turn arrows, trip loops, walk lights, emergency vehicle override detect, transit green extension, etc., etc. Grab a kid who can do that in community college, plus do PID, cascade, feedforward, ratio, split-range and override-select analog controls, and I can put that kid to WORK! (Except I have no direct reports or hiring authority.... :-( )

I own the STL for the print head, but not the traffic arm. If you're serious, I can see if the owner wants to license it. The whole project cost him a bit north of $300 IIRC.

What happened?! They didn't use the beautiful signal lamp?

Wasn't done in time :(, and technically the "how its made" product was actually the pole not the traffic head. They're giving the entire package to the owner of the company as a christmas gift, IIRC.

Also the part looks like it was made out of bricks roughly hewn together with leather straps under those lights. It was perfectly glossy in person, no idea what's up.
