Dial Indicator Quick Mount

That pretty cool but I'm not sure how accurate your level will be though if your actual rail had any kind of shim done to it.

You want level to the bed, so the shimming is preferable if needed.

Yeah ... But wouldn't this device be leveling the bed to the frame and not the actual rail like you would think it should be?

I see what you're saying. With all those bolts locking the rail on to X axis frame, plus M2 is built like a tank. So the X axis frame should be parallel to the actual rail. I just finished a large print job 11x19x9 cm that took 17 hours and bed level works fine. Your millage may varies. :D

I read it backwards, thought it clipped onto the slide.
