One of my projects got a blurb on hackaday: http://hackaday.com/2014/07/25/hacklet-8-the-animals/ (second one). It's not a tour de force of design, but I think it was an interesting example of using 3D printing as an adjunct to interfacing with non-printed objects in a way that would be tedious or difficult to do otherwise.

oh man i need something like that for my damn neighbor's cat. that wanker is always in our yard pissing and leaving little "gifts".
