kosal850,

Nice adhesion on the corners for such large area prints! What's your bed prep? Also, if you start having problems with the corners lifting (big "IF" from what I see, though!), if you can round them off a tad without compromising the fit into the design, that helps a lot. Not sure what you're using for design, but using the "minkoski" operator in OpenSCAD with a cylinder whose radius is the desired curve radius at the corners is a great way to do this.

Very nice quality! Can't wait to see your pictures/videos of this bird flying!

only bed prep i did. was with this stuff spray and print away.. never had a problem with layers lifting at least not for pla..

Yeah, pretty soon they'll have supermodels with M2s and the voice over: "The Choice of 3D-Printing Professionals"

I've been using Aqua Net. But I'll give that one a try. I also picked up (but haven't tried yet) a pump bottle. And (was it Tony?), I grabbed a bottle of Elmer's white glue to mix in and dilute. With the number of people trying this stuff, pretty soon somebody's gonna hit on the exact mix to use!
