Ok, here's the "Team MakerGear" version. I went ahead and ordered a .50 nozzle, nobody seemed to have the .40 in stock. Anyway came out much heftier now after following the suggestions, thanks for the help! :

Just for S&G, can you put the 0.35mm nozzle back on, and slice that part with the new version of Slic3r? It has a feature, some kind of adaptive infill, that will pump up the extrusion width for cases like you had. I'm curious if it'll work here.

Hi insta, I haven't receive the .50 nozzle yet. I did that with S3D by adjusting the extrusion width. I've never used Slicer yet, but may try it later tonight and let you know how it turns out.
