Geometric Vase

This model was created in Maya, I wanted to make something that would test a complex geometric shape.
I'm not new to modeling, but I am very new to 3D printing. The M2 did an amazing job.

Nice! If there was ever a model to test retraction settings then that would be it. Lol

That turned out very well.

When I look at it is a 3D printable model, my eye is immediately drawn to the interior overhangs required in the base, and the overhangs for the squished diamonds towards the top. Overhangs more than ~45 degrees will tend to droop, and more than ~60 degrees will probably give you unacceptable bottom surfaces without support. Of course, in this case, any issues don't appear to have come much into play, but it's something to keep in mind when modeling for printing.
