Since I "needed" a backup hot end, I figured I'd get an additional nozzle option while I was at it. (Actually, I got both a .25 and a .5, but I'm trying the .25 first.)
This is also (I think) the first time I've tried a .1 layer height.
Went with a .3 extrusion width, mostly as a guess. I won't say I have *no* idea what I'm doing, but let's just say I was too impatient to do much research on extrusion width formulae this evening before printing.
esun "Silver" PLA, printed at 215c (bed at 70, with kapton & watered-down Elmers School Glue brushed across it. I got some hairspray the other day, but haven't gotten around to trying it out yet since I haven't really needed to...) No sanding or other touch-ups.
Printing a couple of Pocket Tactics sets before visiting my brothers in a few weeks; this is from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:221521.
