Residential house - LA
Residential house - LA
the project changed a little from the render but actually the 3d model reflect latest iteration the render i made were the first and second iteration
as you can see the pool is gone too expensive taxes and maintenance and i had to flat the pitched roof to keep the structure smaller keeping in account the wind force and last but not least had to re-size the windows they get crazy expensive over certain size.
but overall it actually still look the same the model it's as it came out form the printer i didn't clean it up yet i made it in 2 piece so you can open it up and see the lower floor distribution and stair upper floor is an open space (kitchen+livingroom) just one big room +1 bathroom not much to see there plus the windows is big enough to peak inside

Na is fake if u focus to look through the glass inside is pretty empty (not even the partitions) i didn't have time to model the inside so i made the glass more reflective (mirror like)
i did some render of the interior as well but as stand alone later on and i never went back to re-render the exterior

Wow! Great job. (I could live there!)
Re: Residential house - LA
I've been tempted to try vray. I use keyshot currently, but for product renderings (what I do) it's pretty good.
Re: Residential house - LA
Octane is good too i never used keyshot because nobody in architecture use it
it's 90% vray and now a it's starting octane
