I have printed this as well. Works well, but the knob for turning the screw is very breaky. I had no problems with it as long as I was careful and did not turn it while it was in a slight bind, but my daughter broke it within seconds.
I have a "real" metal version of this jack, which is much stronger and works better, but this was just an impressively designed print. Be patient freeing it up after printing.
