My wife's bank's mascot is a buffalo, so she wanted one for her desk.

Used this design from Thingiverse at 150% and printed with eSun Brown PLA+. Sliced with Simplify3D and auto generated supports. Infill was 30%.

When removing supports, I broke a leg off and the tail in the design was flimsy and broke. I glued the leg back on fine, but the tail just was too heavy on the end to establish a bond. So I took a sewing machine needle and bored a hole into the tail with superglue to hold, then cut the needle off about one cm to fit up into the tail stump. This held it in place and allowed the glue to set, as well as give it some extra support.

Very happy with how it turned out.

Pretty cool print...

If you glue a lot of prints together (or for quick problem fixes like yours) you might want to invest in some Insta-Set CA Accelerator. The stuff allows you to get a pretty instant bond with CA (superglues). You just put the glue on the pieces, hold them together and give it a quick spray with the Insta-set and its bonded.
