What Software are you using to access/control the printer?

Do you have the correct firmware on your new motherboard?

Do you have the correct drivers installed on your computer?

Do you have the V4 hot end?

Post a .FFF file so we can rule out any GCode issues.

those should not be connected, the printer can operate without the SD reader

Do you have your original equipment? put your original RAMBO motherboard back in with the original SD card reader. At risk of coming off as a jerk, I don't think you're in a position to call a Motherboard "bad", if you don't know what firmware or drivers to use.

The V4 refers to the extruder's hot side, as opposed to the V3B

V4:

Are you using Slic3r or Simplify 3D for your model slicing?
I want to look at your configurations, so please zip up and post your .ini or .fff (respectively)

There are limits and specific rules to naming the files before the software can see them:
Maximum of 8 characters in the file name, and no spaces.
The file type has to end in ".g"

(So shorten the name of "Candy_Cane_Car.gcode" to "CanCCar.g" )
