Heats up and homes but no print from sd

Post by Wayneswift » Wed Jan 06, 2016 4:40 pm

Good morning all! The last time I used it, it worked flawlessly, as it has since I bought it. I needed to re-print a part and used the g code I had previously used, it homes, and heats up and stabilizes, but doesn't do the count down and begin to print. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this prototype needs to go out this weekend! Of all times lol.

In the essence of time, does it print via USB ?

Thank you so much for the help! As for that, I've never done that. When I push the "print from USB" button, it doesn't seem like it's connecting to the machine. Even though I can heat it up and home it with the control panel in simplify.

I might have figured it out. My heated bed quit a long time ago, and I had been setting the g code temp at room temp and it's about 10 degrees colder here and don't have the heat on. Here. Thank you 3dPrintingMD. I'll let you know if that fixes it.

Should probably work on fixing the heated bed, issue is normally a broken wire, fixed with some soldering.
