I'm not sure if it's me, the machine, software or material. I can not get a print, I end up with a ball (web) of filament. I got a good print 2 weeks ago with this same filament. I've attahed some photo's of what I getting. using Simply3D for the software, I've never been able to get a print with a full bed. Tried different temps, checked the nozzle distance, think I have the bed level. The last print I tried this morning, I watched the first two layers and looked like it was ok, left came back later and has a mess.Need some help figuring out why I can't get a print

your pictures seem to be missing

unfortunately thats too much of a mess for anyone to figure out whats going on. you need to watch the print so you can see whats happening when it fails. if you can come back and tell up then maybe we can help. something like this is usually the part losing adhesion then just gets pushed around the bed.

Looks like your table isnt clean.

Yikes!
I've done that before - classic bird's nest. Could have been caused by the print warping up and hitting the nozzle, knocking it out of whack and then letting it just print over thin air for what looks like a long while. Make sure you have the adhesive really thick, add support to the overhangs, and you might want to hit the overhang areas with extra cooling - a desk fan, or remove the fan guard on the bed fan.
What bothers me is mess #3 - I can't tell what the heck that is!

Aside from the bird's nest - did that nozzle crack or split? Did it melt? Up close, those last two pics look like catastrophic nozzle failure. You are going to need a new hot end at the very least, i think.
(Fascinating picture though - it looks to me like the extruded thread is split (and larger than normal) which leads me to think it got a bit of something clogging it, or wedged in the nozzle, and finally the nozzle tip either broke off or the hole enlarged greatly.)
Be sure to run a filament dust wiper on your next one. Might have just been a weak nozzle - there was that (award winning
) other one that suddenly went from 0.35 mm to 3.5 mm in diameter, so it can happen.
What is this? Is it a cable? It looks melted at the edges, but it might just be the angle of the picture.....

Re: Need some help figuring out why I can't get a print
You mean it won't print anything or just that model? It looks like it is printing OK, but from the mess of broken printed parts, I'd guess your model has some design issues that may be causing the head to crash into the model. Got a pic of your model?
I don't know if you need a new hot end, just heat it up, disassemble it and blow torch the nozzle and main body to clean it. Kinda hard to tell from the pics.

I'm finally back to where I started two days ago!
