My extruder jammed and I was being careless when I attempted to remove the nozzle. The top barrel part of the extruder sheared off as shown in the pictures below. Is there any hope to repair or fix this?
If not, is the best replacement part to order here -

Thanks for the help!

Tried to take the nozzle off with the hot end still attached to the mount right? Been there...Done that.. even knew better.
No way to fix it but you can just replace the barrel.

Ok, this is why I shake my head every time I go the MG website. Is there a direct link to this from their website or do you just have to know where they have secretly listed their parts on the Internet? This is the way several of their newer parts have to be found. They have parts that are hidden in random lists or tucked away on unlinked pages.
Why Rick WHY?????

Don't think there is a direct link you just have to know where it is. (it's like that with a lot of stuff unfortunately.)
They really need to find a web guy as their site really needs to match the quality of their printer. I vaguely remember Rick saying they were working on the site but that was a long time ago and we haven't seen any results.
We love ya but....
You guys seriously need to get on the ball with that.
Edit- Maybe we should start of thread of all the secrect direct links to all the parts we know about.

Thanks for the link! Wow yea to the other comments it is crazy how difficult some of these parts are to find on the site. A "guide page" with links to all of the parts pages would be sticky worthy.
Luckily Ryan from MG hooked me up and already sent a partial refund.

Hello,
We've encountered the same issue with our M2 printer. The barrel broke off very easily; so easily that we thought it was supposed to detach like that on purpose! Is makergear planning to fix this any time soon?

The narrow neck is there for a reason....it forms a heat break. (So probably not.)

If yours just popped off, it may have been a manufacturing defect. Contact
support@makergear.com either way.
