I have been successfully printing for the past few weeks and decided to upgrade to the 2 nozzle extruder. Finished installing new parts, and attempting to re-level M2. Whenever the bed rises to the z stop the bed drops back to the bottom and tries to go up to the z stop again, at which time it resets to the bottom again. After about 3 times doing this, the bed stops somewhere half way between top and bottom.
I also notice that when I continue the leveling process, the bed raises instead of lowering just before moving the x and y axis (normally it should lower to clear the nozzles from the bed). I did not change any of the connections on the Arduino board, just plugged in the new plugs for the 2nd motor and heater.
Does anyone know what is going on and how I can get the bed to stop resetting when hitting the z axis stop?
Thanks for any help.

Re: m2 resets at z axis home stop
You might have the wrong firmware installed. If things have not changed and you have a Rev.E machine, you need this version for the Dual:
M2E-Production-SnNRd-V101 - Dual.zip
And you can get it on the firmware page on the Wiki, on the Rev.E tab

You need to use a specific version of Arduino to flash the firmware too - the most recent version doesn't work. Use Arduino version 1.5.5

Thank you very much! You solved my problem. Except that I had installed the Rev.E firmware when I should have installed the older Rev.D firmware. Problem solved.
