Hello thread!
I sure do appreciate the advise. I think i needed reassurance this thing worked. :D

I'm still tweaking of course, but there's a better consistency with prints. I removed the nozzle and cleaned it out. I think what happened is when i switched from the black PLA to the red ABS i got gunk in the nozzle.
I printed the calibration square a lot. That's a great short way to test and change. Thanks!

much better, still some room for improvement, but that comes with practice, and fiddling. Good luck and I hope you keep at it!

Yep, you are on the way to a solid addiction. 8-)

3d filament printing is easy, it is learning to diagnose your own errors that is the tricky part.
I'm finally back to where I started two days ago!
