Nice! Is it just a clamp block that is screwed into the aluminum HBP?

I think so, though there is only one visible bolt (through the narrow side where the yellow wire goes in). There isn't a tension screw or anything for the clamp block - the wire cover (which is a stiffer material) is press fit through the cutout in the block. It's definitely a significant improvement over the original design.

I was winding my own heater cores on the V3a before the M2 was a thing ... back when the Mosaic was still in active production.
