Heating bed to 110 takes a looong time..Normal?

the extruder fan is the one that should be on all the time. the bed fan should not. sounds to me like you have them hooked up backwards. in any case its easy to tell. M108 S255 turns on the extruder fan S0 turns it off. as previously mentioned M106 S255 turns on the bed fan S0 turns it off.

Not the one pointing at the extruded, but the one attached to it angled towards the bed. I think it's to cool the plastic as it's printed...

You were right!! I had the fans reversed. I must have did that when I upgraded to the v4 hotend and the 24v power supply..
