Printer can't connect to computer (simplify3D)

Make sure, USB connection is plugged in all the way. Know this sounds simple, but forgot to plug mine in before.
Make sure both ends are secure.

Go to device manager and see all USB devices, printer should be listed and what port it is on.

Some USB devices do not connect thru a hub successfully.
Plug the M2 USB cable into a port directly off the mother board in the back of your computer.
