Looks like the nozzle is pretty tight to the bed. .006 works for me.

Check diameter of filament to see how much is going to the hot end.
Thick filament can cause over extrusions issues.

Had lots of grief leveling my table/bed until I printed out a dial indicator holder.
Now my bed is within .001 from being right on.

Filaments? there's junk out there, had to return some already.
If it's poor quality filament don't beat yourself up trying to do the impossible
like printing with terrible stuff.
