I've printed at least a dozen of these with no major problems previously. Different versions, this is the five slot version ,there are 1, 2, 3 and 4 slot version, but have all printed ok previously. This is PLA. I'm not sure if it has something to do with heat on the columns or if I've made a change that's causing it. Prior to printing this one I printed a one slot version and it printed ok. Also this is the first time printing these with the new version of S3D, not sure if maybe one of the new settings needs touch-up? Thanks for any feedback. Factory file is attached.

Re: Not sure what caused this?
I would suspect cooling issues. The fan is blowing from the front right, and maybe the front most column is getting the best air flow? Try it with a desk fan or something blowing from the right rear.
Re: Not sure what caused this?
You've got close to a 45 degree overhang on the underside. That can make it more susceptible to random problems like dust or humidity that might be difficult to figure out. One thing you can do: Drop the height resolution as much as you can. The less the height per layer, the less the percentage of material hanging over air vs. the percentage of material supported by the layer underneath. It probably seems silly to be printing such a simple part at high resolution, and it will cause the part to take way longer to print, but it will definitely help with overhang issues. If it was printing well for you before, then probably you don't need to bump the layer height all the way down to the "high resolution" value; maybe somewhere between "medium" and "high" (so 0.15, maybe?).

Hi Tim, It looks like more in the picture from the angle I took it, but its only 30 degrees. I've printed about a dozen of these some with less slots some with the same number of slots and it never did that. Some were PLA, some PETG, .35 and 0.5 nozzles. Other than stringing there had been no issues before. I'm going to try printing it again tomorrow but am wondering if maybe there's a new setting in S3D I need to adjust. This is only my second print since I upgraded. The first one, a one slot version of this thing printed fine.
I did increase my outer layers by one and might have bumped up in-fill, had forgotten about that. Now that I think about it I'll try dropping those back, maybe that's my problem.
