Controlling Viki LCD

Can anyone tell me where to find info on Viki's screens. Also, how do I manually extrude from the screen to get a new filament set up. I've done it before but now can't locate the right screen. Thanks!

Prepare > Move Axis (very bottom) -> 1mm -> Extruder

You gotta be at 170C or hotter.
