Cura or printer issue?

I found out what the problem was. And thanks for the info to help my printer move faster wow it rocks now.

The problem was Cura was not starting my model on the first layer. when I used the layer view in cura the first 8 layers nothing was being done. The model started to print at layer 9 created a large gap from the nozzle to the bed. Still don't know why cura is doing that but there forum is not very good so will see what happens. I posted a few hours again and my post still has not shown up.

Maybe the fault is with your model. Post your model and we can have a look.

I know the model is an M2 but I don't know what version. How can I tell the version?

I got it to print by cutting off a peace on the drawing that the cura software could not calculate from some reason.
