Sainsmart LCD screen

Hey guys, I got this a while ago
http://www.amazon.com/SainSmart-Control ... 3d+printer and I'm wondering if any of you guys know how I could wire it into the rambo board. Thanks.

Oh man. You're going to have to figure out how to configure the firmware for it, then wire it into the RAMBo.
Your best bet is to find somebody who has got it to work with RAMBo rather than RAMPS, and crib off their work.
It is probably technically feasible, but I haven't heard of anyone using a non-Viki panel on an M2 yet, so you are probably breaking new ground.
