The making of this piece

Hello everyone, well today I have 3 weeks with my M2 but im still having problems with my prints, yesterday I printed a 12 hour model, printed part shown here were all awfulquality because layers were all shifted by 1mm, printer is standing on solid floor but still the printer itself shakes a lot, I am using 1.75mm IC3D filament, solved adhesion issues with abs glue...
I'm using S3D
Heated bed temp 110 C
Extruder temp 245 C
Any help would be appreciated.

Enable Z-hop / Z jump on layer change / whatever your slicer calls it. About 0.2 - 0.4 is plenty.

I think continuous variation like that is unlikely to be from the extruder contacting the model and skipping steps. That shows up more as one or more very discrete offsets in the print. Something has likely come loose and is wobbling continuously on every layer. My bet is either the set screw on the extruder gear (take apart the filament drive and see if there is any play in the filament drive gear), or possibly a crack in the entire extruder mount (see if you can wiggle the entire mounted extruder assembly at all).

Shifted printed layers

[attachment=1]20150424_124039.jpgThank you all for your help, and sorry about my enormous photos and let me tell you that the extruder motor mount was cracked (almost broken) and also the base of the extruder motor mount was loose, replaced broken part and printed a new extruder motor mount and the results were excelent, today I printed a couple of models and the result was again the same, the piece has again a 1 mm shift.
Could not find the Z hop or z jump on layer change as insta suggested, In am using simplify3d.

Oh it's definitely in simplify3d. It's on the first tab, called "Retraction vertical lift". Set that to 0.3mm and try the same print again.

Judging from the last photo, it looks like you're over-extruding; the infill looks over stuffed. Run an extrusion calibration procedure: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1964

My new theory for what is happening is that your solid bottom layers are messy, with plastic sticking up, plus you're getting overhang curling on the edges. When the nozzle contacts that, it is losing steps and getting knocked out of alignment. Z-lift on retraction will help avoid that, but the proper cure is to get your extrusion multiplier dialed in. And make sure the fan is turned on for all but the bottom layer to help with overhang curling.
