Should the extruder be turning?

My extruder and heatblock for somereason turn when i print. it turned so much that it actually broke the cables on the large cooling fan. what do i do?
Take off the mount and find where it is cracked. Glue it up with superglue or epoxy, and print a replacement as soon as possible.
