Is the Y-Axis endstop correct? Bed buzz during homing axes

Oh, I think I remember installing that guy. Then, if I remember correctly, I removed it because it was making installation of some other part difficult/cumbersome and it's purpose wasn't immediately obvious at the time, lol. Devils in the details, j'suppose.
