I searched, but did not see any detailed instructions or pictures of how to remove the hotend or how to remove nozzle!
Any help would be great; got a clog but dont want to break anything!

Which hotend do you have? There's a detailed description on assembling the V3B here:

You just pull the black plastic cylinder forward (it can be very snug) and then take a look at those directions to see how the hotend is assembled, and do everything in reverse.
