I just won one and it seems pretty useful, but the instructions here: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid= ... NTQyNjJmMA are super vague on wiring.

Has anyone wired one before, and if so, how?

If it only requires +, -, and signal ... hijack the X_MAX endstop. The Marlin code is easy enough to plug in, but instead of 44, use the constant X_MAX_PIN.
