I did use any other material then PLA the screw are OK . I try to print with a new PLA roll that I take out from pack and has a anti humidity material little beg in and get the some result as you can see in picture some of print is nice and some is like points

That looks like a really low spot in the bed, with a serious over-extrusion situation. (Air printing on one side - might be a level problem.)
Did you change the plate for a different one?

Is your bed still level?

Have you checked the gap lately (to see if it is still small enough) by running the calibration for height?

It was a problem of leveling ans Z endstop .Thanks for help
