Sorry been awhile sense I looked at this again.
I am not using an LCD just my computer and run the print over my USB. Or from the SD card. I quit printing from the SD card because of the print temp issue and have been manually turning up the extruder after the printer starts to home for the print and that has been working just fine however I don't really like to have my computer stuck to the printer all day long so will look into the framware upgrade.
