Extruder retract problem

My M2 extruder is not retracting when I try it through Simplify3D software. Worth mentioning that all 3 axis (XYZ)controls are working well through the software. i have removed the extruder and tried to retract from the software, however, the retract bearing is not moving at all

You can't retract until you're above 170C on the extruder.
