Printing Issues. Nozzle too far from glass

Hello everyone,
I have had my M2 for a little over a month now. So far i have created some pretty awesome prints and have been satisfied with my purchase.
This is my first experience with 3D printing so bear with me.
Before my last print I noticed that the bed was uneven. The left side of the glass was actually touching the nozzle and the right side gap between the nozzle and the glass was bigger than .25mm (I read on the m2 manual that it should be between .1mm and .25mm).
So I followed this guide to level the bed. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2783
I felt like I was doing everything correct. I got the z end stop distance to .15mm along with the 4 other points to be close to .15mm. but when I started to print the test file provided in the guide, my nozzle on the first layer was really far away from the bed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. So any guidance is greatly appreciated.
I have attached a picture of the distance of the nozzle from the glass during first layer.
