Printing Issues. Nozzle too far from glass

Hello everyone,
I have had my M2 for a little over a month now. So far i have created some pretty awesome prints and have been satisfied with my purchase.
This is my first experience with 3D printing so bear with me.

Before my last print I noticed that the bed was uneven. The left side of the glass was actually touching the nozzle and the right side gap between the nozzle and the glass was bigger than .25mm (I read on the m2 manual that it should be between .1mm and .25mm).
So I followed this guide to level the bed. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2783

I felt like I was doing everything correct. I got the z end stop distance to .15mm along with the 4 other points to be close to .15mm. but when I started to print the test file provided in the guide, my nozzle on the first layer was really far away from the bed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. So any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I have attached a picture of the distance of the nozzle from the glass during first layer.

The test file on the disk might have been set up using the settings for the V3B nozzle, which has the bed sitting a lot lower. Try a different print over USB.

I didn't print the test files from the SDCard i printed the test calibration file provided in this thread. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2783
And i did try other files that have worked for me before but still no go. I will give the bed leveling another go tomorrow. Been a little busy with work. But, it is weird that when I go home on Z, the nozzle is .15mm away but not when it starts printing.
Thanks

If you home and it is correct, then I would look at your slicer code to make sure something did not change there. Z offset specifically.

+1 on that suggestion. Check to see what the Global Z-Offset is.

The Offsets in simplify3d is set to 0 for X,Y and Z. I just reset the z stop to .18mm and still no go.
I have attached a pic of the .18gauge having slight resistance when pulling.

Thanks for everyones suggestions. Might have to email Support tomorrow.
