Makergear interface

Post by Capt. John » Sun Apr 13, 2014 7:58 pm

Wire ends on the interface look like what's used to plug in USB connectors when building a computer.

Where's the diagram/instructions for the interface?

There was none in the box Makergear sent to me.

Just unpacked the machine, far more quality then the Plastic S. I sent back.

Look forward to using the M2.

Hmmmm. I couldn't find it on the makergear.com instructions tab. But a quick google search led me here:

Hope that helps!

Using photo with the color coded wires is self explanatory.
Very similar to plugging in a home built computer's front panel.

Not sure about upgrading part yet.
My M2 is about month old and will check tech support on what's necessary.

Running the printer as a stand alone (minus computer) would solve computer's sleep settings.

Many, many thanks!
