Z Endstop Calibration... What is going on here?

That videos shows how to set the z stop height on the Rev D machines...
Seeing as your asking it probably means you have a newer Rev E model which uses the quick start app to achieve the z stop height so you can totally ignore anything you've seen in that video.
If you need to make adjustments to a Rev E model you need to watch THIS VIDEO.
