Stainless Steal nozzles

I got a .5 stainless steel nozzle and installed it. I cannot seem to get it to print reliably. I changed the diameter in simplify3d but each print with regular PLA does not print reliably. somewhere after the first couple of layers everything becomes a tangled mess stuck to the nozzle. What settings am I missing (temperature or extrusion modifier or something like that? has anybody had reliable prints from the larger stainless nozzles?
